We apologize for any and all miscommunication that has occurred due to the confusion in the terms of service posted on love2trade.com.  Love2trade management has already addressed the issue and have restated and clarified our terms of service.  We understand the frustration and confusion that the wording may have caused, but please understand that love2trade.com has no ownership in any of your work, copyrights, photos, or any other items that you post on our site.  We hope that you can forgive any confusion and accept this letter as our sincere apology for any worries this may have caused you.  We truly hope that you can give us a chance to prove to you that we are an honest company and we take immediate action when issues arise.  We are a new website that is still in “beta” phase, which is a testing phase and we welcome any of you to critique us to help us to grow into a website that can meet  your needs.  Our desire is to offer a free service to those who have items to buy, sell, or trade.  You can post items on Love2Trade as cash only, which will remove any trade options, or if you so chose, you can trade items you have for items you want.    

Please note that the terms of service on love2trade.com only apply to items posted directly on our site and the terms of service have been changed to clarify any such confusion.  Any postings that are available via a third party feed from other websites, such as Oodle, are not subject to the terms of service on our website.  We still however, welcome you to send us your thoughts and suggestions as well as any comments you may have.
